The idea of becoming career analyst struck in mind when I was a participant of a psychometric workshop. I have assumed the role of a researcher and academician in my career and now diversifying in to becoming a career analyst seems interesting and rewarding. Moreover, I am keen to upgrade my skill set and add professional dimension to my career. The thought of practicing career counselling full time in an organized way with establishing the company is very motivating and would like to do in near future. The field of counseling particularly interest me as it backed by scientific tools and techniques. Although, studying human behaviour is challenging but it is also an opportunity to extract the human insights that could help the students to take informed decisions in their studies and career. 

Dr. Sahil Malik is a Ph.D in Human Resources from Delhi Technological University and a commerce post graduate from Shriram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He has completed his doctorate in full time capacity and is a UGC NET-JRF holder in 2012. He has researched on Millennial generation and their engagement and retention in Indian IT companies. He has published research articles in journals, chapters in edited books and book reviews. He completed his graduation from Ram Lal Anand College securing 1st position in the B.com (P) programme and awarded with shri Yogesh Varshney award. He has an experience of 4+ years of teaching full time and online BBA and MBA students. He has taught and mentored students in their research projects. His interests are reading, writing and mentoring students.
